The Chabotrie residence is a wooden frame house combining respect for the environment and comfort. A healthy and warm atmosphere is thus naturally promoted. Particular attention was also paid to the layout of the
house in order to promote water and electricity savings: natural lighting, reinforced insolation of the house, geothermal underfloor heating, water savers.
Large glass openings encourage the entry of light and allow you to take full advantage of natural light, helping to create a very warm atmosphere in each space.
To guarantee accessibility for all, we have carefully designed the entire ground floor and surrounding areas of the house to accommodate people with reduced mobility. A specially designed room has been equipped with an adapted shower room and toilet, thus offering optimal and secure comfort to our guests.
